Please review the following terms for exhibiting at the 2024 Rochester Indie Comics Expo, wherein you, the Exhibitor, is henceforth referred to as “I”, Western New York Comic Arts is referred to as the “Event Hosts”, Sibley Square is referred to as the “Event Venue”, and RICE 2024 as the “Event”.

Failure to adhere to the the terms of this agreement may result in your immediate removal from RICE 2024 as well as jeopardize your involvement with future events organized by Western New York Comic Arts.

• I agree that if I am accepted by the Event Hosts to participate in RICE 2024, I agree to pay the tabling fee in full by the deadline imposed by the Event Hosts. If I am not able to participate for any reason, I will contact the Event Hosts as soon as I am able.
• I acknowledge that I have the right to sell/display all works at my table as either the copyright owner or with appropriate permission from the copyright owner, in accordance with United States Copyright Law. I understand that I am solely legally responsible if works used or sold at my table are plagiarized or infringing on copyright.
• I agree that I will conduct myself in a manner that is respectful to my fellow Exhibitors, the Event Hosts and volunteers, venue staff, and the guests of the Event at all times. I understand that if I break this agreement, I will be asked to leave the Event immediately. 
• I agree that I will not cause any damage to the space, or to any property within the Event Venue. If I do, I agree that I will pay for the assessment, labor, and materials to fix or replace the damage.
• I agree that the Event Host and Event Venue will not be held responsible for any personal injury that occurs on the premises. 
• I agree that I am responsible for my belongings, products, and/or goods, and neither the Event Host nor the Venue will be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. 
• I agree that I am responsible for clearing all my waste generated at the Event and depositing it on the proper waste receptacles on-site
• I agree that I will not transfer my table to another Exhibitor unless previously discussed with the Event Host.
• I agree that I will not sell food or beverages. 
• I agree that I will adhere to all COVID-19 safety protocols set by the Event Host, including wearing a mask at all times while in the Exhibitor Hall area of the Event Venue, unless eating or drinking.
